Privacy
We collect only what we need to monitor your services and alert you.
What we store
- Monitor targets you configure (hostnames, IPs, ports, URLs, required response strings).
- Results of checks (up/down status, latency ms, HTTP status codes).
- Timestamps of checks so we can build history and show trends.
- Alert destinations you give us (email, Discord webhook, etc.).
- Account info for you and any teammates you add (name, email, role).
What we don't sell
We don't sell or share your monitor targets, alert contacts, or incident history for marketing. We are not building a “public outage feed” from your data.
Access control
Each tenant (your org / company / project) has its own set of monitors, contacts, and users. Tenant admins can add/remove their own users. Other tenants cannot see your checks.
Retention
We keep historical results so you can view graphs, prove uptime, and look back at incidents. If you leave the service, you can request removal of your historical data.
